Fall athletes are built long before the season starts — and it begins right here at Fieldhouse 262.
​
This summer, young athletes in grades 5–12 can level up their speed, strength, coordination, and overall athletic performance through a focused 4‑day training program led by two certified personal trainers from Built Quietly Co.
​
Each session is designed to help athletes move better, build confidence, and reduce injury risk — no matter their sport. With multiple sessions throughout June and July, families can choose the week that fits their schedule.

Build your foundation—right here at Fieldhouse 262. Round II of The Foundation Small Group Training Program kicks off April 27, led by strength coach and Built Quietly Co. founder Kate Geer.

This 4‑week program focuses on strict mobility, controlled strength, and the 12 foundational human movement patterns—training designed to meet you where you are and move you forward with purpose.
